Abstract
|
[Objective] To investigate the efficacy and safety of infliximab combined with Jianpi Bushen Huoxue decoction in treating rheumatoid arthritis.[Methods] Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into two groups, the control group using infliximab combined with methotrexate treatment, the test group using infliximab combined with methotrexate and decoction treatment. Before and after treatment were recorded number of joint pain, joint swelling count, morning stiffness, pain VAS scores, HQA scores, laboratory parameters such as ESR, CRP; safety indicators such as blood cell analysis, routine urine, stool routine, liver function. And record signs and symptoms syndromes score.[Results] After treatment than before treatment significantly improved, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); the efficacy between the two groups was not statistically significant (P>0.05), adverse reaction of the test group is less than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine under the premise does not affect the treatment can significantly reduce adverse drug reactions, and improve patient compliance. |
