Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the correlation common risk factors of H-Hypertension phlegm and blood syndrome, and to explore the feasible differences between male and female.[Methods] The 215 H-Hypertension patients were divided into two subgroups according to Chinese medicine syndromes, group of phlegm and blood syndrome(n=117), group of non-phlegm and blood syndrome(n=98), calculating and comparing the statistics of Hcy, TG, TC, Lpa, FPG, UA, LDL, HDL, BMI index, AC among all groups, test results were statistically analyzed.[Results] 1)Two groups compared with TG, TC, Lpa, FPG, UA,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparison of LDL, HDL, BMI, AC, the difference was statistics significance(P<0.05). 2)The groups of male patients compared with Hcy, TG, TC, Lpa, FPG, UA, HDL, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), comparison of LDL, BMI, AC, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), in which two groups of male patients BMI index, significant differences were statistically significant(P<0.01). 3)The groups of male patients compared with Hcy, TG, TC, Lpa, UA, HDL, LDL, BMI, AC, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), comparison of FPG,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] 1)LDL, HDL, obesity(BMI≥28) may be the related risk factors of H-Hypertension in phlegm syndrome. 2)Overweight(25 < BMI < 28)or obesity(BMI≥28),elevated LDL may be the related risk factors of male in H-Hypertension phlegm syndrome, and elevated FPG levels may be the related risk factor of female in H-Hypertension phlegm syndrome.
