Abstract
[Objective] To alleviate the ecological pressures and expand clinical application scope of Chrysanthemum genus plants, we study the chemical constituents of Chrysanthemum morifolium Ramat. Qiju leaves.[Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through kinds of chromatorgraphies such as Sephadex LH-20, ODS, Silica gel and PHPLC chromatorgraphies and identified by chemical and spectral analysis (1H, 13C NMR, 1H 1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, UV, IR, MS).[Results] Six compounds were obtained and identified as skimmin (1), cichoriin (2), benzyl-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3), benzyl alcohol-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), icariside D1 (5), and coniferin (6).[Conclusion] Compounds 4, 5 were obtained from Chrysanthemum genus firstly.
