Abstract
|
Cell membrane chromatography is a biochromatography technology used in traditional Chinese medicines(TCMs) in recent years. The principles, characteristics and different cell membrane types were summarized in this review. The typical application in screening bioactive components of TCMs were also summarized. At the same time, the possible problems and limitations faced when working with TCMs were discussed, providing references to cell membrane chromatography for better apply to TCMs. |
