Abstract
    A eighty-one years old female presented with ulcer below the left nostirl repeatedly for five years and add one year. Clinical examination showed that there is a 3.0cm×2.5cm×0.6cm irregular ulcer below the left nostril,which is growing invasivly to the surrounding tissres.The histopathologic examination showed that there are mang carcinoma nests consisting of basal cells in the dermis upper, and there are mang squamous cells and horn perals and squamous eddies in the carcinoma nests central and peripheral. Basal skin squamous cell carvinoma was diagnosed.
