Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the impact of Mashao Pingchuan decoction on TGF-β1 and PDGF-BB in the airway remodeling of asthma rats. [Methods] The 70 male SD rats were randomly divided into normal group, model group, Mashao Pingchuan decoction low, medium and high dose group, dexamethasone group and Yanghe Asthma-Easing group.To use the ovalbumin(OVA) more sensitization inspire making airway remodelling of asthma model rats, in experiment of 28~42 days, the model group and normal group respectively for the physiological saline lavage, the rest of the group to the corresponding drug intervention. After the experiment, HE dyeing observe the changes of asthma rat lung tissue pathology morphology and airway remodelling; immunohistochemistry to detect the protein expression of the bronchial lung tissue TGF-β1, PDGF-BB. [Results] Mashao Pingchuan decoction could reduce the airways of the asthma rat inflammatory cells infiltration and airway remodeling; group B compared with group A rats TGF-β1 and PDGF-BB were significantly increased (p<0.01); compared with group B, the TCM group and western medicine group TGF-β1 and PDGF-BB levels significantly decreased (p<0.01); compared with group F,E group TGF-β1 and PDGF-BB levels decreased (P<0.05); compared with G,group E is better(p<0.01).[Conclution] Mashaopingchuan decoction can delay the airway remodeling of asthma, control inflammation, and TGF-β1, PDGF-BB was positively related with airway remodeling. |
