Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the optimization of the extracting parameters of mulberry polysaccharide and its anti-aging activity. [Methods] Usingel egans model, such as life, movement analysis, frequency of swallowing, spawning and intestinal brown quality comprehensive evaluation of different dose of T3-3 to study the anti-aging activity of itspurified components T3-3. [Results] The best extracted condition was:100℃ of extraction temperate, 2 h of extraction time, 3 times, and 1:30 of liquid ratio, the extracted rate would up to 8.48%. Anti-aging activity:T3-3 extend the average life span for 10.38%(P<0.05), the corresponded time of 50% survival rate extend 0.91%; the deglutition frequency is 18% higher than the control group; the egg laying amount have no significant difference; the intestinal lipofusin produced by nematode is reduced, 11.14%(P<0.05) lower than the fluorescence intensity of control group. At the final stage of experiment, the average fluorescence intensity of control group increase 12.47%.[Conclusion] The results provide that the concentration of 150 mg/L, T3-3 has the best effect. |
