| Lily disease from the Synopsis of Golden Chamber.Its main clinical manifestation has been discussed a lot by the doctors of the past dynasties.The author collected the ancient licterature,and analysis the original from angles of symptoms,medication and therapy.The author deems that the symptoms of Lily disease refer to the pathogenesis of heat-Infestation to all the vessels,and the medicines used for the Lily disease were for nourishing yin and clearing heat,or tonifying deficiency and dispelling blood statistic.The mistreatment discussed in the original reflects the therapy of no-hurt to the qi and yin with purgation and diaphoresis.Therefore,the main pathogenesis of Lily disease is the heat retention in all the vessels,and the damage of Yin and Yang,with a trend of forming blood stasis as while as consumpting the vital qi. |
