Abstract
    [Objective] To explore the characters of the compliances in TCM constitution comprehensive intervention,and to provide some advises for the research of TCM constitution intervention.[Methods] After valuing and standardizing the records in the periods of 26 weeks intervention from 508 cases,we descripted the compliance,compared the compliances of different groups,and analyzed the relationship between compliance and effect of intervention.[Results] The average scores in 26 weeks of overall,emotion,diet,daily routine,exercise,and meridian aspects were (51.7±12.8),(54.3±16.3),(36.4±21.3),(78.8±11.6),(59.3±25.3),and (29.6±23.2).The significant difference (P<0.01) between different gender groups of compliance in emotion aspect,and the significant differences (P<0.01) between different age group of compliance in overall and 5 aspects have been showed.The relationship between characters of compliances and effects are differ in the groups of different constitution types.[Conclusion] The poor situation of compliance in meridian aspect and the young group should be taken seriously.
