| Abstract

| [Objective] The effect of medical ozone injection therapy on the knee osteoarthritis was observed.[Methods] Forty patients with knee osteoarthritis were divided into treatment group and controp group randomly.The treatment group,employs the medical ozone treatment together with the sodium hyaluronate injection therapy,while the control group,employs the sodium hyaluronate injection therapy only.The curative effect was analyzed after three weeks according to the VAS,WOMAC index and the average effective time.[Results] Significant differences were shown in both groups after treatment in VAS and WOMAC index (P<0.01).The effective time was obviously shortened as well (P<0.01).[Conclusion] It can be concluded that the two groups of patients got recovery and the medical ozone treated group was superior to the contrast group. |
