Abstract
|
[Objective] Through the analysis of Quxi dian'an kourou method affact the TSCs tendon differentiation by TGF-β/Smad pathway,finding out the mechanism of damage repairation.[Methods] Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups,local injection of collagenase Ⅰ in rat patellar tendon to establish the model.After the model was established,we treat the treatment group with Quxi dian'an kourou method,injection group using the glucocorticoid,CPM group using the instrument of CPM,model group and the normal group were feeded in the same enviroment.Through the QRT-PCR and western blot method to detect the relative protain of TSCs tendon differentiation.[Results] Protein expression level of TGF-β1,Smad-2,Tnmd,CollagenⅠ in treatment group,injection group and CPM group higher than the model group (P<0.05).Protein expression level of TGF-β1,Smad-2,Tnmd,CollagenⅠ in treatment group higher than the injection group and CPM group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Quxi dian'an kourou method can affact TGF beta/Smad pathway to control the behavior of TSCs tendon differentiation. |
