Abstract
|
[Objective] To develop a UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS method for simultaneous identification of 20 components in Xuebijing injection.[Methods] The method of qualitative analysis was performed on ACQUITY UPLC®BEH C18(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm) column with a gradient mobile phase system of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid.All of the analytes were identified in negative ionization.According to the high resolution MS spectra data,fragmentation ion information andretention time,20 peaks were identified by comparison with reference standards data.[Results] Twenty components were identified in 45 min.[Conclusion] The established method for the identification of chemical constituents in Xuebijing injection is simple and accuracy. |
