Professor CAO Shi-li learnt from the old gentleman CHAI Peng-nian, who was a famous TCM doctor in Tianjin. For the treatment of kidney disease she has a rich clinical experience and the therapeutic effect was significant. What is more, as regards the treatment of chronic kidney disease based on renal collaterals, she always has a unique point. She considers the diabetic nephropathy itchy skin can be dicided into four types such as caused by filled wind, hindered dampness, long-term weak and renal collaterals stasis, through the analysis from the angle of clinical syndrome differentiation and based on the pathological of impaired renal collateral. And according to the same theory, she set up the treatment of dredge the renal collaterals by dispelling wind, nourishing the blood, eliminating dampness and eliminating stasis. |
