Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effects of Shenzhujing tablet treatment on MI/R injury.[Methods] Sixty healthy SD rats were randomly divided into sham control group, model group, verapamil sheet group, and high, medium, low dose group of Shenzhujing tablet. After the pre-dosed 7 d, the rat model of myocardial ischemia/reperfusion was established by ligating the left anterior descending coronary ischemia 30 min, reperfusion 120 min. Cardiac function was evaluated using ultra-high resolution small animal imaging system, LVEF, LVFS, LVIDs, LV Vols, LVIDd, LV Vold were observed; serum MDA, SOD, lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), creatine kinase (CK) were detected.[Results] Shenzhujing tablet 0.18 g/kg may significantly improve ejection fraction (P <0.05), left ventricular shortening fraction (P<0.01),and reducethe level of serum CK (P<0.01); Shenzhujing tablet 0.36 g/kg can reduce the level of serum LDH(P<0.05), MDA(P<0.01), and increase the level of serum SOD(P<0.01).[Conclusion] Shenzhujing tablet can reduce myocardial ischemia/reperfusion damage and improve the cardiac function. |
