Abstract
|
Dermatomyositis(DM) is one kind of rheumatic immune diseases. Professor WANG Qing-guo considers the internal cause of DM is the disharmony between spleen and stomach, which resulted to imbalance of ying and wei, and the external cause is wind,damp and heat. Professor WANG Qing-guo emphasizes the importance of combination of disease and syndrome as well as catching the main symptom when it comes to treatment. The one whose main symptom is muscular pain is considered and treated as muscular rheumatism; the muscle weakness one is considered as wei syndrome, and the skin change one is warm disease with papules. |
