Abstract

To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of compound matrine injection in the treatment of prostate cancer. Through literature review, compound matrine injection adjuvant endocrine therapy can effectively improve the quality of life of prostate cancer patients, prostate specific antigen levels, card score, and reduce the toxic side effects after chemotherapy, and may have a certain effect. Furthermore, the safety evaluation of compound matrine injection in clinical application was further conducted to guide the clinical practice. |
