Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the analgesic and sedative effects of Wuwei Jiangya formula.[Methods] Writhing method and heat stimulation method were used to observe the analgesic effect. Tail-hanging test was used to observe the sedative effect of Wuwei Jiangya formula on mice.[Results] The results showed that Wuwei Jiangya formula at medium dose could significantly reduce writhing times of mice. Low dose treatment for 90 min and high dose treatment for 30 min and 90 min could significantly increase mice pain thresholds. Meanwhile, high dose for 120 min extended 5 min tail-hanging immobility time of mice.[Conclusion] Certain dose of Wuwei Jiangya formula may play a role in analgesia and sedation. |
