Abstract
|
[Objective] Use HPLC to establish a method which can determine 6 kinds of index component in Dayuan yin, such as mangiferin, paeoniflorin, baicalin, glycyrrhizic acid, magnolol and honokiol.[Methods] The Agilent Zorbax Eclipse Plus C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) column was adopted; the mobile phase was acetonitrile (A)-0.2% aqueous phosphoric acid (B) by a gradient eluted program:0~40 min, 10%~40% A; 40~45 min, 40%~70% A; 45~50 min, 70% A; 50~55 min, 70%~10% A; 55~60 min, 10% A. The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min, The column temperature was 30℃, The detection wavelength was 230 nm.[Results] The separation degree of the 6 components was good, and all the components had good linear relationship in the linear range, and the recoveries (n=9) were within the range of 95.0%~103.0%, the RSD% were less than 3.0%.[Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible, and can used to determine the contents of Dayuan yin. |
