Abstract
|
Pathogenic wind is the leading and beginning evil of all diseases. Cognition to "pathogenic wind" by physicians in all dynasties was different, but couldn't be separated from exogenous wind and endogenous wind. With surroundings changing greatly today, pathogenic wind may promote more injuries, and the clinical understanding of the wind evil is also gradually deepened. "Pathogenic wind" can be classified into two types:one in narrow sense and another in broad sense. The former only refers to wind evil in six exogenous pathogenic factors, and the latter includes not only the former, but also exogenous wind which is light, open, outgoing, mobile, changeable, and endogenous wind, which is caused by the reactivity of yangqi in body. This dissertation, with a view to the pathogenic characteristics of wind evil in broad sense, combining children's traits of physiology and pathology, describes the significance of "the pathogenicity of wind" in pediatric diseases,in order to provide reference in pediatric clinical differentiation. |
