Abstract
[Objective] To observe the effect of early application of Danhong injection on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) effect in patients with acute exacerbation of endothelial function and blood coagulation function.[Methods] According to the coin method, 236 elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD were divided into control group (n=118) and observation group (n=118). The control group was treated with western medicine, while the observation group was treated with routine western medicine combined with Shenfu injection. Dynamic monitoring of endothelial cell function included E selectin (sE-selectin) and von Willebrand factor (vWF) rating; blood coagulation indexes included activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT), D-two poly (D-D), platelet count (PLT) and Thrombelastogram detection (TEG); blood gas analysis included oxygen partial pressure (PaO2), oxygen saturation (SaO2) and blood pressure of carbon dioxide (PaCO2);TCM symptom score was used to evaluate the condition.[Results] Before treatment, there was no significant difference in sE-selectin, vWF, blood coagulation index, blood gas index and symptom score between the two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the PaO2, SaO2, PaCO2 and TCM symptom score of the observation group were improved better than the control group (P<0.05); the sE-selectin, vWF, APTT, D-D, R and K values of TEG of the observation group were lower than the control group, the PLT, a angle and MA value of the observation group were higher than that of control group (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Danhong injection could reduce the endothelial dysfunction and improve the coagulation state in elderly patients with acute exacerbation of COPD, which was beneficial to the prognosis of patients.
