Abstract
|
In recent years, the safety of traditional Chinese medicine has drawn more and more attention. The mechanism of its toxicity and possible adverse reactions has been gradually studied in-depth by the majority of researchers. Therefore, how to scientifically recognize, early discover and systematically evaluate the relativity, susceptibility and controllability of the toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine is particularly important. The toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine is not made out of thin air, but found through long-term large number of studies and summary. It has been found that there are many factors of toxicity, such as unknown toxicity components, specific factors of organism, immune factors, etc., which can be reduced by dialectical treatment of symptoms or compatibility of different medicinal materials. Clarify the present study situation and deficiency of Chinese medicine safety research and put forward a new research strategy, which provide ideas for rational evaluation of the safety of Chinese medicine and clinical safety medication. |
