| [Objective] To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with partial splenic artery embolization in the treatment of portal hypertensive ascites.[Methods] A comparative analysis was made on the treatment of 80 patients with portal hypertension ascites with combined splenic artery embolization and western medicine.[Results] The two groups were found 6 months after the operation. The effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with partial splenic artery embolization is obviously higher than that in the western medicine treatment group.[Conclusion] The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and partial splenic artery embolization for the treatment of portal hypertensive ascites has obvious effect. |
