Abstract
|
The effective treatment of acute ischemic stroke is essential for the prognosis of the patient's condition. Through analysis the literature, it was found that the clinical treatment of diseases generally choose Hegu, Zusanli, Sanyinjiao, etc. Yang-Meridian is dominant, Yin-meridian is secondary. But the XNKQ acupuncture principle goes the opposite way, with Yin-meridians as the main and Yang-meridians as the auxiliary. And the sooner the use of acupuncture treatment, the better the effect. These two methods of choosing acupuncture points are quite different. The unique law of acupoint selection of XNKQ have opened up a new field for the study of clinical practice, and put forward new ideas and methods for the research of basic theory of Chinese medicine. We combine the above findings, put forward to seek the best and the Yin and Yang Meridian Acupoints through experimental research base ratio, to optimal stimulation techniques and stimulus, portfolio optimization, obtaining the best treatment to guide clinical treatment. |
