Abstract
    Due to the cold climate in Northeast China, primary dysmenorrhea with blood stasis due to cold accumulation is common.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment of primary dysmenorrhea has a greater advantage.Professor CONG Huifang's clinical experience in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine more than 30 years of its rich and profound theoretical knowledge accumulated cold stasis type primary dysmenorrhea treatment experience, based on the "Hidden Pathogen theory" put forward "Hidden Pathogen three breeds ladder" pathogenic mechanism. A profound understanding of the pathogenic pathway of "congenital cold", "fetal transmission cold" and "self induced cold" ladder type, has great significance for guiding the clinical treatment of primary dysmenorrhea with blood stasis due to cold accumulation.
