Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the effects of Baicalin in the uterus through local immune modulation mechanism of tocolysis, provide a theoretical basis for "Scutellaria qingreantai".[Methods] the SPF pregnant rats were randomly divided into blank group (A) and LPS treatment group (B), LPS and baicalin treatment group (C) and baicalin treatment group (D), the differences were compared between the four groups of the abortion rate, embryo resorption rate and by ELSIA method for the determination of the uterus organization of TNF-alpha and IL-10 factor content.[Results] the abortion rate:B > A=C > D; the embryo resorption rate:B > A≈C > D;the TNF-alpha factor content:B > C > A > D; the IL-10 factor content:D > C > A > B; the TNF-alpha/IL-10 (Th1/Th2):B > A > C > D, and the differences were statistically signifycant(P<0.01).[Conclusion] baicalin in LPS induced local immune regulation in mouse uterus abortion, not only can secrete IL-10, upregulation of Th2 cells, which were significantly increased, while the inhibition of Th1 cells, which produce TNF-alpha factor significantly reduced quantity, avoid the comprehensive effect of embryo loss, has good effect of tocolysis. |
