Abstract
[Objective] To study fatty acids from the root bark of Dictamnus dasycarpus.[Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through Silica gel column and PHPLC chromatorgraphies, and identified by chemical and spectral analysis (1H, 13C NMR, 1H-1H COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and MS).[Results] Five fatty acids were obtained and identified as linoleic acid (1), 1-O-linoleoyl-glycerol (2), oleic acid (3), palmitic acid (4), and glyceryl α-mono-palmitate (5), respectively.[Conclusion] Compound 2 was obtained from Dictamnus genus firstly, and compound 5 was isolated from the plant for the first time.
