Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the feature on moisture adsorption process of traditional Chinese herbal granule by dry granulation and establish mathematical model in order to provide more innovative and has theoretical guidance meaningfor moisture-proof problems of traditional Chinese herbal granule.[Methods] A static gravimetric method was adopted to determine the moisture adsorption isothermsandmoisture adsorptionkinetics curve data ofShengmagegen, Dayuanyin and Taohechengqi Decoction Granule. The experimental data were nonlinear fitted by Origin statistical analysissoftware. Comparisons were evaluated with the coefficient of determination (R2),root mean square error (RMSE)and mean relative percentage deviation modulus (E) as indexes.The granulecharacterization was studied by the particle size and SEM.[Results] The double exponential model was suitable fittingmoisture adsorption kinetics curve, and Peleg model was the best fitted for moisture adsorption isotherms.[Conclusion] Peleg model and double exponential model can well fit the moisture adsorptionkinetics curve and moisture adsorption isotherms of three kinds of traditional Chinese herbal granule, respectively. |
