Abstract

Cancer, a high incidence of diseases, is a serious threat to human. Surgery, radiotherapy and chemotherapy are "three treatment" to cancer, but for some of the metastatic patients with advanced cancer, chemotherapy is its first choice. However, the application of chemotherapy drugs can easily lead to premature ovarian failure (POF), together with ovarian atrophic persistent amenorrhea, secondary sexual withdrawal, night sweats, irritability and other symptoms, which seriously affecting the quality of life of female patients. This article aims to sum up Chinese and Western medicine treatment for the emergence of POF symptoms in recent years, consequently,help patients improve POF symptoms and improve the quality of life. |
