Abstract
    Chronic pelvic pain is a frequent sequela clinically caused by incomplete or delayed treatment of pelvic inflammatory diseases. Chinese physicians mainly treat it by clearing heat and removing toxin, resolving stasis and relieving pain. In clinical, pain is related to the change of psychology and emotion. In this paper, theory evidence, herbal treatment and case examples were introduced, to expound that chronic pelvic pain from sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases is closely related to the heart. So the treating should put great emphasis on regulating heart. Give patients medication, and doctors should care about patient's emotions, and enlighten them.
