Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoke Naobing fang combined with western medicine in the treatment of diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction.[Methods] Ninty-six patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Forty-eight patients in control group received conventional medical treatment. On the basis of the control group, 48 patients in the treatment group were treated with decoction of traditional Chinese medicine for relieving the thirst of encephalopathy.[Results] The treatment group and the control group, the total effective rate was 87.50% and 70.83%, a significant difference (P<0.05).The neurological deficit situation, assess the degree of disability at discharge, TCM symptoms, FPG, D-Dimer of treatment group compared with the control group, there were significant differences (P<0.05).[Conclusion] The treatment of diabetes mellitus and acute cerebral infarction with Xiaoke Naobing fang combined with western treatment had a better clinical effect. |
