Abstract
|
[Objective] Exploration on the long-term effect of yufeining on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease at the stable phase.[Methods] Sixty related patients in our department from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected. They were randomly divided into western medicine group of 30 cases and combination group of 30 cases respectively. The former was treated with conventional western medicine and the latter was given oral administration of Yufeining besides the western medicine. Observe changes of patients with inflammatory-related indicators (IL-8, TNF-α and CRP) and pulmonary function (FEV1, FVC, FEV1 # FVC) before and after treatment. Through the st George's respiratory questionnaire(SGRQ) scores, the impact of airflow obstruction of two groups on the quality of life was evaluated in the first month, third month and sixth month after treatment.[Results] IL-8, TNF-α and CRP of both groups were significantly decreased after treatment. But, they dropped more significantly in combination group than that in western medicine group. FEV1, FVC and FEV1 # FVC of all patients were improved after treatment. Compared with western medicine group, the improvement of FEV1#FVC in combination group was more obvious. Repeated measurement of variance analysis showed that SGRQ score of two groups was highest before treatment and lowest in the first month after treatment. Then it increased with time. The SGRQ score of combination group was significantly lower than that of western medicine group at each time point (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Yufeining has a significant effect on patients with COPD at the stable phase, worthy of clinical promotion. |
