| Abstract

| Based on the combination of disease and syndrome,this article emphasizes the unity of qi,blood,and vessels to explore the pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome and its treatment characteristics in different heart diseases such as coronary heart disease,viral myocarditis and heart failure. The author of the author's supervisor believes that although phlegm is the key to the pathogenesis of heart disease,due to the different diseases,the pathogenesis of the disease is different,either as a result of a hernia sac,or as a result of toxic heat,or as a result of drowning. Therefore,at the time of the clinical trial,although they are all promoting blood circulation,but taking into account different emphasis,or clear up phlegm and dispel stasis,or pure heart and phlegm,or promoting blood circulation and water,and according to the different pathogenesis to disperse,softening hardness and dissipating mass,tonifying qi and promoting yang,replenishing qi and nourishing yin,warming up the heart and kidneys,in clinical practice to take good effect,it is worth summing up learning. |
