Abstract
    [Objective] The paper is aim to study the constituents from P. cornutum systematically,and promote the development of sand industry and construct the green economy in China.[Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through kinds of chromatorgraphies such as Sephadex LH-20,ODS,Silica gel and PHPLC chromatorgraphies and identified by chemical and spectral analysis (1H,13C NMR,1H 1H COSY,HMQC,HMBC,UV,IR,MS).[Results] Seven compounds were obtained and identified as β-sitosterol (1) daucosterol (2),staphylionoside D (3),TgSSTg (4) ethyl-α-D-fructofuranoside (5) pinellic acid (6) Z-octadecyl caffeate (7) respectively.[Conclusion] Compounds 3-7 were obtained from Pugionium genus firstly.
