Abstract
Stroke has become a major cause of death and disability today.Tissue plasminogen activator (t-PA) therapy is currently the most effective treatment for strokeHowever,t-PA narrow treatment time window and its treatment after thrombolytic reperfusion may cause complications such as bleeding transformation,re-infarction,and reperfusion injury, not all patients can get good results after t-PA thrombolytic therapy. Therefore,we need to study new drugs or treatments to improve t-PA thrombolytic therapy. This article will review the methods of optimizing thrombolytic therapy for t-PA in recent years.
