Abstract
    Degenerative lumbar spondylolisthesis (DLS)is a clinically common degenerative disease of the lumbar spine. In order to provide the best and effective diagnosis and treatment programs,the North American Spinal Surgery Association updated the DLS guidelines for evidence-based clinical practice in 2014. Based on the diagnosis and treatment for the DLS in the latest guideline,and proposes clinical and research suggestions.
