Abstract
|
This study takes Chinese herbal medicine of dispelling rheumatism as an example, and explains the research idea of "the internal correlation mechanism between the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine and the connotation of material basic science" around the process effect index and the starting factor of efficacy evaluation. Based on the three key factors of (Pharmacy Outcome Pathway) POP,the initiation event of efficacy molecule (initiator),the inflexion of efficacy process (inflexion of efficacy process) and the outcome of efficacy, this study took Chinese herbal medicine for dispelling rheumatism as an example. To establish a new method for the study of the efficacy and material base of traditional Chinese medicine. This study will provide a new suitable modularization method for the study of the efficacy and material basis of traditional Chinese medicine for dispelling rheumatism and promoting the quality control and clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine. |
