| Huangdineijing records "Yang comes into yin makes people fall asleep". Although the pathogenesis of insomnia disease is variety,the basic reason is no more than the obstacle in the exchange of yin and yang,which make it a purpose for the treatment of insomnia disease to balance yin and yang. Medicinal pair is a method of clinical medication make up of two or more kind of medicine,having the yin-yang reaction with each other which is more adapt to the pathogenesis of insomnia disease compared with single medicine. Medicinal pair not only can enhance the efficacy,but also create new functions,which has certain significance in improving curative effect and expanding medicine indications of insomnia. |
