Abstract
[Objective] To study chemical constituents from Arachis hypogaea Linn. in order to systematic research and exploitation.[Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated through Silica gel and PHPLC column chromatorgraphies, and identified by chemical and spectral analysis (1H,13C NMR,1H-1H COSY,HMQC,HMBC,and MS).[Results] Twelve compounds were obtained and identified as p-hydroxybenzoic acid (1),protocatechuic acid (2),protocatechuic acid methyl ester (3),protocatechuic acid ethyl ester (4),p-coumaric acid (5),catechin (6),epicatechin (7),rhodonidin A (8),quercetin (9),isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (10),isorhamnetin-3-O-rutinoside (11),3',5,7-trihydroxyisoflavone-4'-methoxy-3'-O-β-glucopyranoside (12),respectively.[Conclusion] Compound 8 was obtained from Arachis genus firstly,3 was isolated from the plant for the first time.
