Abstract
External treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute pancreatitis has been widely promoted and applied in recent years, and has made certain achievements. External treatment of acute pancreatitis mainly includes acupuncture, enema, external application, iontophoresis, acupoint massage, ear point pressure beans and other methods. Summarizing the related literatures of external treatment of acute pancreatitis in recent years,we found that external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine is simple and easy to operate in the treatment of acute pancreatitis, with little toxic and side effects. It can effectively alleviate abdominal pain and distention symptoms, promote the recovery of gastrointestinal motility, improve the levels of related biochemical indicators and inflammatory factors, and has a certain degree of effect on postoperative complications after ERCP of Biliary pancreatitis.
