| Abstract
|
| Gastric polyps are a common clinical disease, and the incidence has increased in recent years. Western medicine treatment of gastric polyps is mainly based on surgical resection, but the recurrence rate after surgery is high. Research shows that the recurrence rate after surgery can be as high as 20% to 40%. For the prevention of recurrence of gastric polyps, western medicine has no effective measures. At present, many TCM scholars have conducted a series of studies on the treatment and prevention of recurrence of gastric polyps by Chinese medicine, and have achieved good results. However, the traditional Chinese medicine literature on the treatment of gastric polyps is still not enough. This article describes the etiology, pathogenesis and treatment of gastric polyps from the perspective of "Yanghuaqi and Yinchengxing" in order to provide reference for clinicians to treat the disease. |
