| Abstract
|
| [Objective] The purpose of this thesis is to study the constituents from Y. schidigera systematically. [Methods] The silica gel, ODS, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatographies and preparative HPLC chromatography were used to conduct the isolation experiments, and the identifications of isolates were completed by the spectroscopic and chemical reaction methods.[Results] Fourteen compounds were obtained and identified as caffeic acid(1), β-hydroxypropiovanllone(2), 1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-hydroxy-4-allylbenzene(3), 2-O(4-hydroxybenzoyl)2, 4, 6-trihydroxyphenylacetic acid(4), p-hydroxyl benzoic acid(5), protocatechuic acid(6), 4-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzoic acid(7), syringic acid(8), p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde(9), protocatechuic aldehyde(10), maltol(11), 5hydroxymaltol(12), 5-hydroxy methyl furfura(13) and 4, 4-dimethyl-1, 7-pimelic acid(14), respectively. [Conclusion] Compounds 2-4, 7-14 were obtained from Yucca genus firstly, and compounds 5 and 6 were isolated from Y. schidigera for the first time. |
