Abstract
|
[Objective] To observe the effect of SuxiaoJiuxin pills on qi stagnation and blood stasis type patients with ACS coronary revascularization.[Methods] By the method of random, double blindness and placebo control, we enrolled 58 ACS patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis. They were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 29 cases in each group. On the basic western medicine treatment, control group received placebo and treatment group received Suxiaojiuxin pills. After 6 month intervention, agiogram were test to value the effect of Suxiaojiuxin pills.[Results] After 6 month treatment, angina pectoris symptom scores, TCM symptom scores and LVEF were all ameliorated in both the control and treatment group (P<0.01), and more significant in latter group. The in-stent restenosis occurred in 1 case in control group, but none in treatment group, in the coronary re-angiogram after treatment. Safety index were negative in both group.[Conclusions] The combination of SuxiaoJiuxin pills could significantly improve qi stagnation and blood stasis symptoms of ACS patients and improve the left ventricular systolic function, without obvious side effect. |
