Abstract
|
[Objective] To explore the effect of Zishen Yutai pill on endometrial receptivity in patients with repeated failure of kidney-deficiency type IVF-ET.[Methods] To observe the improvement of clinical Symptoms of 60 cases of kidney-deficiency IVF-ET failure patients before and after oral administration of Zishen Yutai pill, and the changes of endometrial thickness and type, estrogen and progesterone level, PI and RI of uterine spiral arteries, embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate of 36 patients on HCG injection day.[Results] After taking medicine, the symptom scores of patients were significantly decreased (P<0.01);patients with endometrial thickness increased significantly (P<0.01), type of endometrial A+B significantly increased (P<0.01);serum estrogen and progesterone levels in patients with no significant change, but the estrogen/progesterone values were lower than before treatment (P>0.05);patients with uterine spiral artery PI and RI values decreased significantly, uterine artery blood flow significantly improved (P<0.01);patient implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate were significantly higher (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Zishen Yutai pill on endometrial receptivity and clinical symptoms in patients with repeated failure of kidney-deficiency type IVF-ET, and improve embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate. |
