Abstract
|
Introduce Professor MEI Jianqiang's thought of treating insomnia. Professor MEI's clinical experience for many years has found that the traditional Chinese medicine prescription for nourishing yang and regulating liver has remarkable clinical efficacy in treating insomnia. Therefore, professor MEI believes that the basic guarantee of good sleep is that the body is full of yang qi,the liver governs dredging and draining, and the physiological function of liver storing blood is normal. The deficiency of yang qi and the disorder of liver lead to insomnia. Kidney-yang deficiency and discouragement are the basis of insomnia, while hepatic insomnia is the key to insomnia. Both of them lead to restlessness and insomnia. On this basis, the idea of treating insomnia based on the method of nourishing yang and regulating liver was put forward. |
