| Abstract
|
| [Objective] To observe the clinical effect of restoring Tongluo formulation in the treatment of thrombophlebitis of blood stasis and collaterals of lower extremity.[Methods] Seventy two cases of blood stasis type of lower extremity superficial thromboph-lebitis patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 36 cases in each group,the control group taking aspirin enteric-coated tablets 1 table/time,1 times/d;the treatment group combined with restoring Tongluo formulation,daily 1 agent. The observation time was 8 weeks. The recovery of swelling,pain,pigmentation,cord and other related indexes of the two groups were compared before and after medication.[Results] The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the improvement of the symptoms of swelling and pain and the hemorrheology index in the treatment group were also obvious (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Restoring Tongluo formulation is effective in treating superficial thrombophlebitis of lower extremities of blood stasis and collaterals. |
