Abstract
|
[Objective] Establishing UPLC fingerprint analysis method for Epimedium medicinal materials.[Methods] Gradient elution with a CORTECS® C18 column (2.1 mm×100 mm,1.6 μm) in acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid water using an Agilent 1 290 series ultra performance liquid chromatography with a flow rate of 0.3 mL/min and a column temperature of 40℃,the injection volume is 1 μL,and the detection wavelength is 270 nm.[Results] There are 21 common peaks in 12 batches of different kinds of epimedium medicinal herbs,including 6 known peaks,namely magnoflorine,epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,icariin and baohuoside I,the similarity between different batch samples and standard fingerprints is above 0.911.[Conclusion] The UPLC fingerprint analysis method established in this experiment is stable and has high precision,and can be applied to the quality control and evaluation of epimedium. |
