Optimal processing method of polyporus umbellatus based on comprehensive scoring method |

Abstract
|
[Objective] To optimize the optimal soaking time and drying method for polyporus umbellatus.[Methods] By investigating the different soaking time and different drying methods of polyporus umbellatus,ergosterol, ergosterone,polysaccharide and water-soluble extracts in polyporus umbellatus were selected as the evaluation indexes,and the processing method for polyporus umbellatus was optimized by comprehensive scoring method.[Results] The comprehensive scores of different processing methods of polyporus umbellatus were quiet different. The comprehensive score of immersion for 8 h was the highest,and the score was 0.796. The score by natural drying, method reached 0.745 which was the highest comprehensive score of diffrent drying method. In drying method, drying at 50℃ has the highest comprehensive score of 0.631.[Conclusion] The best method for the preparation of polyporus umbellatus was:soaking in water for 8 h,then slicing and drying in an oven at 50℃. The new processing method was useful to control the quality of the polyporus umbellatus medicine and was suitable for large scale production. |
