Abstract
|
[Objective] To study the lignans from the fruits of Vitex trifolia L. var. simplicifolia Cham.[Methods] The chemical compounds were isolated and purified by Silica gel column,Sephadex LH-20,MCI,ODS and PHPLC (Preparative high performance liquid chromatography,PHPLC) chromatorgraphies and identified by chemical and spectral analysis 1H,13C-NMR (Nuclear magnetic resonance,NMR),COSY (Correlation spectroscopy,COSY),HMQC (1H detected heteronuclear multiple quantum coherence,HSQC),HMBC (1H detected heteronuclear multiple bond correlation,HMBC) and MS (Mass spectrometer,MS).[Results] Seven lignan monomers were isolated from 95% ethanol extract of Vitex trifolia L. var. simplicifolia Cham. and identified as dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol (1), ficusal (2),(7R,8S)-dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (3),dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol-β-D-(2'-O-p-hydroxybenzoyl) glucoside (4),(7R,8R)-7,8-dihydro-9'-hydroxyl-3'-methoxyl-8-hydroxymethyl-7-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-1'-benzofuranpropanol 9'-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5),pinoresinol (6),1-syring-aresinol (7).[Conclusion] Compound 5 was obtained from Vitex genus firstly,and compounds 6,7 were isolated from the plant for the first time. |
