Abstract
|
Chronic renal failure (CRF) is an irreversible chronic disease with poor prognosis. With the extension of the course of disease, patients are prone to get depression and other negative emotions. The incidence of depression will not only lead to a further decline in the quality of life of patients with chronic renal failure, but also to cause aggravation of primary kidney disease, increasing difficulty of treatment and seriously affecting rehabilitation and prognosis of patients with chronic renal failure. The author believes that the occurrence and development of chronic renal failure with depression disorder is closely related to liver and kidney. This article will discuss this disease briefly from the aspects of etiology, pathogenesis and treatment. |
