Abstract
[Objective] To study the incidence of anxiety and depression in patients with different pathological stages of Idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN).[Methods] One hundred cases of IMN patients hospitalized and outpatients from January 2018 to November 2018 in Longhua hospital affiliated to Shanghai university of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly selected. Combined with the pathological diagnosis results of patients, the Ehrenreich-Churg staging criteria were divided into group I-II and group III~IV. Depression and anxiety status were assessed using the self-rating depression scale (SDS) and the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS).[Results] The SAS score of the IMN I~II group was 47.92±8.01, and the score of the IMN III~IV group was 48.84±2.41. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The SDS score was 41.32±5.28 in the IMN I-II group and 55.84±8.37 in the IMN III~IV group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). The overall scores of SDS and SAS in IMN patients were higher than those in normal population in China, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).[Conclusion] Patients with IMN have different degrees of anxiety and depression. Interventions such as effective nursing and psychotherapy can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with IMN, and effectively improve their living conditions and improve the prognosis of the disease.
